About ’Boro Browse
ÌÇÐÄVlog invites campus departments, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations to participate in the Spring 2026 ’Boro Browse on the Statesboro campus.
This signature engagement fair is your opportunity to:
- Promote your products, services, or campus offerings.
- Connect directly with Georgia Southern students, faculty, and staff.
- Engage incoming and returning students through interactive booths, food, giveaways, and activities.
- Recruit student workers by collecting job applications on-site.
Whether your goal is to share information, hire part-time staff, or simply increase visibility in the Eagle community, ’Boro Browse offers a high-impact way to showcase your brand.
Registration Details
- Registration Fee: None – participation is free.
- Registration Deadline:Â Wednesday, January 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM (or until capacity is reached).
- Parking Permits: Off-campus vendors may request up to two parking passes, which will be emailed to the first and secondary contact on the registration form.
- Event Options: You may register for the ’Boro Browse (Statesboro) and/or the Savannah Browse (Armstrong Campus).
- Table Limit: Groups with multiple programs or initiatives should consolidate into no more than 1–2 tables.

Participation Guidelines
What You Can Do
- Sell products or services directly at your table.
- Provide giveaways, free samples, coupons, brochures, or flyers.
- Collect job applications from students (if hiring).
- Offer fun activities and interactive displays to help students remember your organization.
- Bring a tent (max size 10×10, self-supporting – no stakes).
- Bring drinks to stay hydrated.
What You Cannot Do
- Sign contracts or accept deposits of any kind.
- Solicit or accept credit card applications.
- Display or distribute alcohol, tobacco, drugs, related paraphernalia, or promotional content.
- Promote engaging in any prohibited activity.
- Leave items unattended or expect Georgia Southern to store materials.
- Host promotions or set up outside of the scheduled event date/time.
Table & Setup Information
Each registered vendor will receive:
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
- Random table assignment based on registration order.
Setup: 10:00 – 10:50 AM
Event Start: 11:00 AM sharp
Space Limits: Products, signage, and displays must remain on or immediately behind the table (within 2–3 feet).
Important Notes
- ’Boro Browse is a one-time, special event sponsored by ÌÇÐÄVlog. Activities or promotions are not permitted before or after the scheduled time/date.
- The University is not responsible for damaged materials or items left behind.
- All vendors must follow campus policies and event guidelines.
